Dip.Counselling, Grad.dip Couples and Family Therapy
In my own, and my clients’ therapeutic journeys, I am constantly amazed at the role the mind can play in creating and sustaining either pain and dysfunction or relief, growth and wellbeing.Wellbeing involves thriving in the satisfaction of being connected to a deep sense of self and the experience of secure bonds with others.
Recent advances in our understanding of interpersonal neurobiology means that we
increasingly perceive ourselves as a collaborative whole, encompassing body, mind and stories.
In the midst of global suffering, I still suspect that this is translating to a wiser, kinder and more connected world.
Most of us, at some stage in our lives, need support and encouragement in accessing our own inner resourcefulness.
I offer confidential therapy for a range of psychological and life issues.
