Belinda’s journey began with personal struggles around body image, low self-esteem, and perfectionism, which led to burnout and strained relationships. After facing the emotional and physical challenges of scoliosis, she discovered yoga, which became a transformative practice helping her reconnect with herself and embrace self-compassion. This experience, combined with her psychology studies, inspired Belinda to pursue a holistic approach in supporting others with anxiety, depression, and body dysmorphia. Her approach empowers clients to reclaim their strength and confidence through targeted support and practical strategies.
As a registered NDIS Counsellor ( NDIS provider no: 4050158592) Belinda provides tailored support to individuals with disabilities, helping them navigate challenges and enhance their quality of life. In addition to her counselling expertise, Belinda is a certified Yoga Teacher, having completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. She integrates Asana, Meditation, and Breathing techniques into her sessions, offering a holistic approach that nurtures both the mind and body. This unique combination of psychology, yoga, and NDIS support allows Belinda to provide comprehensive care that addresses the full spectrum of her clients’ wellbeing.
