North Avoca Wellbeing is a Holistic Complementary & Allied Health Centre in North Avoca Village shops. We have three clinic rooms with reception area and an inside and outside waiting room.
Rooms are soundproof and approx 4 x4m in size. We are located across the road from North Avoca beach.
Despite the close proximity to the beach, there is always plenty of parking available outside the Centre and there is a disabled carpark directly out the front for your clients.
The Centre is airconditioned, has wifi access and a hicaps and eftpos terminal for your payments if needed.
We also have a website and facebook page for your advertising if needed. You will be supported through this process.
AVAILABILITY: Will be available within the next 4-6 wks, Mid March/ April 2026.
RENTAL RATE FOR ROOM IS: $450.00 per week plus gst.
You will have sole use of room and are able to decorate as you wish.
